Everything you need to know about our service.
We currently deliver exclusively to hotels in the vicinity of Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK). You can meet our driver at the hotel lobby.
If you are ordering for tomorrow or later, you can schedule your delivery for any time you prefer. For same-day cravings, we require a 90-minute window to brave the Bangkok traffic and deliver it straight to your lobby.
To prevent unintended orders, we require payment upfront. We accept secure payments via Stripe, allowing you to use any major credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
If we are unable to deliver your food due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a 100% refund. If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
